PRESS RELEASE – JUNE 1, 2010

Re: Former Johnson Controls Partners

Towards the end of 2006 – beginning of 2007 Novus Edge, Inc. forged a relationship with Johnson Controls, Inc. to become the principal provider of IP access control within Johnson’s Facility Explorer (FX) building automation solution.  The integration was penned FX Access and was seamlessly integrated with the FX20 and FX40 building automation solutions.  After some time the relationship between Novus Edge and Johnson Controls dissolved, but not before several Johnson Controls ABCS and non-exclusive dealers implemented the Facility Explorer solution utilizing the FX Access security solution.

Precision Edge is happy to announce a migration path for these FX20, FX40 and FX60 building automation systems to the latest Edge Access 7.10 security solution.  Through a database migrations, Bac-net drivers, and software/firmware upgrade, ALL former Johnson Controls offices and end users can enjoy the latest improvements to their already stable and reliable FX Access security solution as well as continue the seamless integration to Johnson Controls Facility Explorer building automation platform.

To help make the migration as smooth as possible, Precision Edge Access Control has engaged the assistance of our Authorized Integration Reseller (AIR) Partners across the country to provide a sales and technical support resource for this upgrade.  Contacting an AIR is as easy as clicking HERE to find an AIR in your area.  Technical support is also available through our support team at edgesupport@pcsoc.com

Precision Edge Access Control wants to ensure all of customers are properly supported with the best technical and sales support in the industry.  For questions regarding sales please email edgesales@pcsoc.com.  Technical support questions can be emailed to edgesupport@pcsoc.com or addressed via phone at 1-866-874-7501.

Sincerely,
